I am a boxing coach, a fitness trainer and a yoga instructor.
When has all started?
I started with sport at a very young age, with a footballer dad and coach who passed on to me the love for sport.
Where?
My passion for sport has taken me around the world, I have worked as a boxing and fitness trainer in England, Romania, Ireland, Brazil, Italy and Belgium; and not least on a Royal Carrabean cruise ship sailing the seas.
How?
I am a tenacious and dynamic coach who will follow you on your fitness journey with an holistic approach, together we will decide the path that will lead to the goal of your dreams.

Sport is my life, learning to value one's body is not easy, in the fast-paced world in which we live we tend to put aside self-care, but it also often happens that access to well-being is denied us due to economic precariousness.
I firmly believe that sport, wellness, and being able to take care of oneself are rights and not privileges, which is why I provide a package of monthly hours for people on low incomes at special prices.

How often should I workout?

How frequently you exercise is influenced by your fitness objectives, experience, schedule, and preferences. A well-rounded workout regimen comprises strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and rest days. Here are some frequency recommendations:

  • General Fitness: 3-4 days per week
  • Weight Loss: 3-5 days per week
  • Muscle Building: 4-5 days per week
  • Endurance/Cardio: 4-6 days per week

ARE ABDOMINAL EXERCISES EFFECTIVE IF I WANT TO LOSE EXTRA FAT AROUND MY STOMACH?

Spot reduction is a myth; fat loss occurs across the entire body, not just in specific areas targeted for reduction. Abs exercises help strengthen core muscles but do not directly eliminate belly fat. If overall fat is not reduced, gaining muscle can give the appearance of a thicker waist.

I HAVE NO TIME TO EXERCISE, WHAT CAN I DO?

Finding time for exercise can be tough, particularly with a hectic schedule. However, making minor changes can assist in keeping active and boosting your general well-being. Prioritize Short Workouts (10-15 Minutes) Even a brief 10–15 minute session can be beneficial. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or bodyweight circuits (such as squats, push-ups, and jumping jacks) can offer significant advantages in a short period.
